Magazine Design

This is the design for Sprung, my music magazine for upcoming music artists. Showing possible covers and spreads for interviews and promoting the artists material. Two versions of the cover for Sprung Magazine would be created one for in store and the other for subscribers. The Subscription version having an illustrated factor to tie in with the featured music artist on the cover. Another feature of the magazine would be the scan code for iPads or iPhones on interview spreads allowing the reader to sample that artists material.

Addiction Project

This is a 3D Addictive world that would be sent through the post and the recipient would put together themselves. Raising awareness of hoarding and what impact it has on a persons day to day life. Causing everyday life to become impossible with the chaos created by themselves. Hoarding being a vicious cycle of collecting and never throwing away it was a suitable design as it portrays the sense of never ending.

Awkward Lanky Boy comes to life...

Skylark

This a a skylark that would be displayed with a factual book that would be illustrated. The Model itself is 

made up of many layers of brown paper feathers. Since the skylark is well known for its song the wings had sheet music cast behind. The illustrated book was attached as a scroll coming from the beak as if it was the skylarks song.

 The Kingdom the characters have lost rendering them homeless.

The characters travel after loosing their home collecting what they find on their way.

Showing the Royal Family inhabiting their lost Kingdom.

Characters collecting things they come across on their travels. Particularly the Queen in search of new clothes and accesssories.

For the project we had to turn ourselves into Tim Burton like characters based on our features and personality. Turning myself into Awkward Lanky Boy.

This is my outcome from my research project. 

I done a Marauders Map based on my life including places of value to me. These features on the map were constructed mainly using type. 

In particular the walls from the plan of my house were done using memories of my childhood.
